1. Does my food actually come from a 5 Star Hotel Chain?
• YES. Your food comes from a 5 Star Hotel Chain. In the current pandemic situation in order to maintain maximum level of hygiene and sanitization we have 
   shifted all our food productions to 5 Star Hotels across the city. This ensures that your food is prepared in an environment which follows industry leading 
   best practices in accordance to HACCP and your food is prepared by Chefs with experience ranging over 15 Years.
2. What is “COVID PROTECT COVER”?
• Your Meal Tray is served to you in a SEALED DISPOSABLE TRAY. The COVID PROTECT COVER is an extra layer of tamper proof packing that is added for an 
   extra layer of safety considering the contact with our handlers/delivery partners. The packaging comes with a sachet of hand sanitizer inside. This ensures 
   that once the COVID PROTECT COVER is removed your UNTOUCHED meal tray is ready for you to consume.
3. How does this work?
• Sign up/ Register (Please fill detailed address with pincode and landmark)
• Choose customized or combo meals . You can prebook your orders till month end. Each day’s menu is different .
• You can recharge your wallet via debit card/ credit card or via net banking to place order.
4. Do I need to login everyday to place orders?
• You do not need to login everyday to place orders. Once you place an order for a particular duration you will receive orders on a daily basis
5. How much is the delivery charge?
• The delivery charge is INR 10 per meal per day
6. How do I place the orders?
• First select the type of meal you would like to book
• Then enter the quantity of meals and select the meal plan as per preference
• Choose how often would you like your deliveries
• Choose your start date by selecting from the calendar and click on Buy Meal
• If not logged in you will have to signup by entering your basic details
• Pay from the available payment options
• Once payment is done you will receive a confirmation message and an email on your registered number and email
7. How do I cancel my orders?
• You can cancel your orders from your profile by going to manager subscription
8. How do I check my payments and deductions done to my account?
• You can check visit My Account/Wallet history tab to check your current balance and deductions done in your account.
9. What do I do if my order does not get delivered to me?
